OFA Impact: Donation flea market

As part of our OFA Street Stations, we regularly organize aid campaigns in the center of Stuttgart.

This time, we are planning a flea market for donations, where we will be handing out clothes in good condition, non-perishable food and everyday and hygiene items directly to people in need.

It is important to us that the event takes place in a safe and respectful environment.

To make this possible, we are looking for volunteers to help us on site with the distribution, set-up and dismantling.

Help with setting up and dismantling, sorting donations and handing them out on site. In addition, simply being there to support and lend a hand where help is needed.

No special previous knowledge is required.

What is most important is a respectful, open approach to people and a willingness to lend a hand.

As we work with people in different life situations, we are looking for sensitivity, reliability and the ability to work in a team.

Everything you need is available on site
(clothes, donations, tables, clothes rails etc.).

All you need to bring is

- Weather-appropriate, comfortable clothing
- Sturdy shoes
- Good mood & openness in dealing with people 😊

Since the campaign takes place in a
protected setting,
we ask you:

- Not to share the exact location publicly
- To take photos/videos only after prior consultation
- To respect the privacy of visitors
- To show up reliably or to cancel early

A respectful and appreciative approach is our top priority.
