Januam gUG develops innovative educational and labor market projects to promote social participation and professional integration.
With WorkNav, we are building a labor market-related initiative that supports qualified people with migration experience in professional orientation, skills structuring and integration into employment.
For the further development and strategic orientation of our project, we are looking for a committed person in the area of Business Development & Strategy.

Your Tasks
Support in the strategic further development of WorkNav
Identification of cooperation partners and networking opportunities (start-ups, companies, educational stakeholders)
Analysis of market and funding opportunities
Co-creation of project ideas, concepts and sustainable business models
Support in the preparation of presentations and pitch materials

Januam gUG
Januam gUG is a non-profit organization in Darmstadt and implements projects at local, national and European level. We strengthen social participation and integration through educational and empowerment programs for immigrants, women and socially disadvantaged groups. Our community comprises over 200 participants from more than ten countries. We promote self-efficacy, orientation and future prospects with language support, workshops and labor market preparation offers.
