About the volunteering opportunity

Edunovo e.V. is a non-profit initiative that teaches young people practical skills for the future and enables personal development. Our aim is to impart knowledge, broaden perspectives and strengthen future skills through inspiring formats.

The People & Culture team plays a central role in establishing and developing our volunteering culture at Edunovo e.V. Our aim is to give new members a warm welcome, integrate them well into our organization and create a positive and appreciative volunteering experience in the long term.
We support our volunteers throughout their entire journey - from the application process and onboarding to the organization of internal events that strengthen our community. At the same time, we work on the strategic development of both our volunteer members and the volunteering process, for example through organizational development and the optimization of internal processes.

Your Tasks

Depending on your strengths and interests, your tasks may include
  • occasionally conducting job interviews with new applicants
  • Reviewing and documenting application documents
  • Assisting with the onboarding of new volunteer members
  • Supporting the organization with internal events to strengthen our community
  • creative collaboration in the further development of volunteer management processes
  • administrative support during feedback meetings

What's needed

Volunteers must be native German speakers.
  • Interest in Human Resources / People & Culture topics
  • Experience in HR, recruiting or personnel work or similar is required
  • Careful and responsible handling of sensitive data and personnel documents
  • Reliable and structured way of working
  • Confident, courteous and friendly demeanor in job interviews
  • Organizational talent and team player

You are expected to work approx. 2-3 hours per week. The working method is completely remote.
