About the volunteering opportunity
Seniorpartner in School trains people in the post-professional phase of life to become school mediators and places them in partner schools. There, they use mediation to help children and young people resolve their conflicts independently and without violence.

Seniorpartner in School sees itself as a bridge between young and old (55+). We train you free of charge to become a school mediator, for which you volunteer as a senior partner 3-4 hours/week in a team at a school and support children and young people to overcome their conflicts independently and with their own solution strategies. As a member of the association, we also support you with supervision and further training relevant to schools.
You can find us in 14 German states.
