About the volunteering opportunity
In a refugee shelter for women, there are sometimes minor conflicts between the residents. The full-time staff do not have the time to deal with every dispute. We are therefore looking for a responsible person with sound training who would like to volunteer for a while.
Your Tasks
For example, we are looking for a trained mediator who is perhaps still at the beginning of her career and would like to gain experience.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Completed training in e.g. mediation or conflict management.

On weekdays, during the day, at night
The mediations should take place as required. There are no set times; the time and day of the week can be agreed with the residents.
Important notice
An introductory meeting takes place before the assignment. All volunteer supporters require an extended police clearance certificate.
