About the volunteering opportunity
The language café is a meeting place for people who want to speak German with each other. German beginners, native speakers, people from the neighborhood and from further afield all come. We talk about many topics, play games, solve difficult tasks together and have fun. Here you can practise what you have learned in your German course and try out your language skills.
Your Tasks
We need people who can lead small groups of 5-7 people in conversation and encourage them to practise their German in a relaxed atmosphere. The topics of politics and religion are taboo here in order to avoid conflicts.
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
The ability to lead or moderate smaller groups in discussion
What to bring
There is a free drink from Café35 for the volunteers
