About the volunteering opportunity
At "compango e.V. climate justice", we are launching our first youth project this spring: three small groups of Ukrainian and German young people will be able to try their hand at art, crafts and digital activities and create their own event at the end. This will take place on May 30/31, during the Long Day of Urban Nature.
First, the young people spend three training days learning about the area they have chosen. And then it's their turn: they have to continue working on their own with what they have been given by the professionals. They also have a budget that they can manage themselves. But they need support/supervision during this process.
We are therefore looking for three volunteers who will work with the young people on their project for two hours every Monday in our rooms at KARLA on Alexanderplatz.

Your Tasks
Accompaniment (7x 2 h on Monday) of a group of 4-6 German-Ukrainian young people (up to 21 years) in their group process:
- Art (theater, dance, music, painting)

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
Are you interested in intercultural topics and education / art as communication / youth politics? Then you've come to the right place! No specialist knowledge in the respective areas is required - just a desire to work with young people and get creative.
