Edunovo e.V. is a non-profit initiative that teaches young people practical skills for the future and enables personal development. Our aim is to impart knowledge, broaden perspectives and strengthen future skills through inspiring formats.

With its School Connect project, Edunovo e.V. is committed to strengthening future skills in schools in a practical and sustainable way free of charge. Our aim is to make students understand economic relationships at an early stage and prepare them for their professional future. With School-Connect, we bring our educational work directly into the classroom by connecting schools with experts from society, business and politics. This gives pupils authentic insights into the world of work, helps them discover new perspectives and develop future skills - all at no cost to your school.

We have developed two programs for this purpose:

1. FemLeaders:

A special focus is on promoting young women in business. That is why we are expanding our program with special workshops for girls' schools, which are led by female CEOs and managers. The focus is on topics such as the confidence gap, women in management positions, career opportunities in business and entrepreneurship. With these formats, we want to encourage young women to confidently shape their own career paths. In interactive workshops, FemLeaders creates spaces for exchange and empowerment. The aim is to encourage young women in particular to actively shape their future in a self-determined way.

2. BusinessClass:

A format that brings young people closer to the world of business. Through workshops, external speakers from local companies and exciting insights into practice, students learn about entrepreneurship, economic connections and important skills for the future.

- Basic knowledge of backend structures and databases

- Enjoy teamwork and project work

- Good communication skills

- Initiative and desire to take on responsibility

- Interest in education, social impact and digital solutions for schools

- Work on a meaningful educational project

- Space to contribute and implement your own ideas

- Flexible work alongside your studies or job

Edunovo is designed and offered by young people for young people. Accordingly, active membership is primarily aimed at people aged between 16 and 30. Experienced people outside this age group are welcome to join us in an advisory or mentoring capacity.
