About the volunteering opportunity
The area of responsibility mainly includes media-related research and support in managing our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn
In concrete terms, this means that you create new content independently, contribute your ideas and help to increase the reach of social media channels.

Your Tasks
- Development of a social media strategy in coordination with the ZAH's public relations work.
- Channel and target group-specific conception and implementation of social media posts (design, text, images, stories and videos).
- Scheduling and publishing posts.
- Community management (interaction with followers), contacting and building relationships with influencers.
- Analytics and reporting.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- First and foremost, you should enjoy writing your own texts and be able to design them with suitable images, as well as develop ideas in coordination and cooperation with our public relations department.
- You should also enjoy researching and have a good feel for target group-oriented topics.
- You are interested in social issues and do not shy away from the topics of dying, death and grief.
- Sociability is also a big issue for us, as the role of interviewer often requires a wide-ranging interest in the interviewees.
- You are curious, open-minded and keen to support us,
- You are excited to contribute your own ideas and impulses and to let off steam creatively in a field.
- You know the trends in social media and can use the Facebook, Instagram & LinkedIn channels.
