21future is a non-profit organization (gGmbH) that empowers young people to actively shape the challenges of the 21st century. We close the gap between the traditional curriculum and the skills needed for a sustainable future.
Our one-week formats - holistic & practical:
🧭 ME Learning Journey: Strengthening personal development and self-efficacy.
🌱 SDG learning journey: Focus on sustainability and global responsibility.
🚀 Learning journey for teachers: We support teachers in integrating our formats directly into their everyday school life.
Through our Learning Journeys, we create orientation and show perspectives that go far beyond the classroom. We work closely with foundations, companies, public donors and individual donors to ensure educational equality across the board.

Your Tasks
Our Learning Journeys usually take place at our partner schools for one week from Monday to Friday (approx. 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.). We are happy to provide support on a one-off basis or for the whole week. Depending on the format, different tasks can be taken on:
🌱 SDG Learning Journey: Elevator pitch & input call (remote), learning support (on-site).
🧭 ME Learning Journey: Inspire Call (remote), job interview training & learning support (on-site).
