About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for committed volunteers for the Haus der Familie in Stuttgart who would like to support us in making our services more visible. Our aim is to reach families, parents and interested parties even better and to inform them about our diverse events and courses.
As part of this project, you will help with the design of notices and flyers as well as the creation of content for our social media channels. You can bring in your own ideas and contribute creatively - whether you have experience in design or simply enjoy preparing content in an appealing way.
You will work flexibly and in close coordination with our team. The amount of time you work can be agreed individually.
With your commitment, you will help to ensure that important educational and meeting opportunities for families are better perceived and reach even more people.
Your Tasks
The volunteers support us with the creative and content-related design of our public relations work. This includes in particular the creation of notices, flyers and posts for our social media channels using common graphics programs.
An important part of the job is to develop and implement your own ideas: How can our offers be presented in an appealing way? Which formats appeal particularly well to our target groups? Creativity and a flair for design are expressly welcome here.
Depending on interest and experience, tasks may also include the following:
- developing design concepts for recurring formats
- contributing to the planning of social media content
- revising and developing existing materials
The job offers plenty of scope for independent work, while at the same time we are always available for exchange and coordination.
