About the volunteering opportunity
The contact point PflegeEngagement Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf is now looking for an artistically interested person for a voluntary visiting service.
We are looking for someone to pay regular visits to a 78-year-old former composer. He has a wide range of interests, particularly philosophy, music and modern art, and would like someone with whom he can have stimulating conversations and experience social interaction.
Due to mobility restrictions, he is currently unable to leave his home and therefore lives a very isolated and withdrawn life, which puts a lot of strain on him.
The age and gender of the volunteer are not important. Above all, a good knowledge of German and an interest in conversation and interpersonal interaction are important.
