Bunte Kreis Rheinland e.V. presents a special benefit concert: The Flashlight Concert in Bonn

The Flashlight Concerts by the Berlin band “RUMPELSTIL” are swinging and rocking evening concerts for the whole family. For many children, the Flashlight Concert is their first concert that starts in the evening and takes place outdoors—a truly memorable experience. The highlight of the event is the “Flashlight Song,” during which the children join the band in writing their dreams and wishes into the sky with their flashlights. 

An extensive supporting program rounds out the event, making the evening an unforgettable experience for all audience members, young and old.

Proceeds from the concert go toward the work of the “Bunter Kreis Rheinland e.V.” association and benefit families with premature, seriously ill, and disabled children.
Ages 0–99.

We divided the day into three shifts:

- Setup starting at 10:00 a.m. – Set up benches, set up pavilions, assign boxes of materials to the booths (pavilions), hang up posters/banners, prepare the grounds 

- Booth setup / concert starting at 3:00 PM: Set up the booth. Everything needed is in the supply boxes. Then staff the booth starting at 5:00 PM (doors open) and during the concert from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM. 

- Take-down starting at 9:00 PM: Following the motto “many hands make light work,” everything is packed back into the supply boxes, the benches are folded up, and everything is stacked.

There are no set requirements. Anyone who enjoys helping us is more than welcome to join us. We’ll work together to find the right role for you. 

All you need is enthusiasm and a good attitude. We’ll provide T-shirts and food. 

At the concert, we make a point of ensuring that guests with severe multiple disabilities are also welcome.
