About the volunteering opportunity
Our facility for homeless and vulnerable people at Weitlingstraße 11 in Lichtenberg offers medical care as well as a safe place to stay and access to supporting services.
Your Tasks
Areas of Responsibility:
Listening to the concerns, needs, and requests of our visitors
Providing information about the house rules and assisting with compliance
Referring visitors to the appropriate departments within the facility (social services, general medical and dental departments)
Providing guidance within the facility
Communicating relevant information about structural and/or organizational changes (e.g., changes to opening hours, meal distribution procedures, use of showers)
General conditions:
