Volunteers Needed for Dismantling & Storage

After the Osterbrooklyn Festival, we’ll dismantle the entire event site and return all materials, equipment, and supplies to the club’s grounds.
The festival is organized by volunteers. That’s why we welcome any helping hands to assist with wrapping up the weekend.

Depending on your shift, you’ll help with:
· Taking down pavilions, furniture, and festival equipment
· Tidying up and sorting materials
· Loading items for return transport
· Transporting and unloading at the destination
· General cleanup and wrap-up tasks

No prior experience is required.


Please bring weather-appropriate clothing and sturdy shoes. It’s also helpful to bring your own work gloves.

 Please bring weather-appropriate clothing, sturdy shoes, and, if you'd like, work gloves. 

Please arrive at the meeting point on time so we can organize the teams.
