About the volunteering opportunity

Those active in local politics are increasingly facing hostility. As part of our efforts to promote greater respect and support in local politics, we are seeking volunteers for our impact management team to help us make our work more effective and efficient.

  • Time commitment: 1–5 hours/week (flexible)
  • Location: Remote (optional in-person meetings)

  • Documentation and evaluation of data on the impact of our measures.
  • Coordination with other working groups (e.g., public relations, workshops) to align impact goals.

What You Can Expect from Us
  • Creative Freedom & Purpose – Actively help shape our communication strategy, new formats, and nonprofit projects with room for your own ideas and flexible scheduling.
  • Networking & Exchange – Exciting discussions, new contacts, and networking with engaged individuals from politics, civil society, and the professional community.
  • Onboarding & Professional Development – Training on the topic of “Hate and Violence Against Local Politicians” and our programs, as well as professional development in impact management, data analysis, and other relevant topics.
  • Team & Community – Have fun in an open-minded team, participate in joint workshops, and enjoy leisure activities together.
