About the volunteering opportunity
As a result, too many young people are still dropping out of their apprenticeships early. Our mentoring project, “Mentoring for Apprentices,” addresses this issue with the goal of “ensuring success in apprenticeships—preventing dropouts.”
Your Tasks
As a mentor, you serve as a point of contact for teenagers and young adults in dual vocational training. Your responsibilities as a mentor are based on the goals set by the mentee and the agreed-upon content.
