About the volunteering opportunity

Do you have experience with SEO and copywriting? Help more people discover our community by improving our blog articles and website content. This flexible volunteer role is ideal for someone who enjoys writing, SEO, and creating real social impact.

Your Tasks

About the volunteering opportunity

For Everyone is a non-profit organisation based in Berlin. We create creative, low-threshold spaces where people can meet, connect, and feel they belong, especially international newcomers, Berliners without stable networks, and people in life transitions.

Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts weekly workshops and events that bring people together through art, music, movement, and meaningful conversations. Our vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin where everyone feels at home and can contribute to community life.

To help more people discover our work, we're looking for an experienced SEO & Copywriting Specialist who can optimise our blog articles and website content. Your work will directly increase our visibility on Google and help more people find the community they're looking for.

Your tasks

As our SEO & Copywriting volunteer, you will:

  • Review existing blog articles and improve their SEO performance
  • Optimise headings, keywords, internal linking, meta descriptions, and readability
  • Suggest improvements to website copy where needed
  • Collaborate with our marketing and copywriting team
  • Help us develop SEO best practices for future content

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.

What's needed

This role is best suited to someone who already has experience with SEO and copywriting.

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has practical experience with on-page SEO, keyword optimisation, internal linking, and content strategy
  • Has excellent English copywriting and editing skills
  • Is familiar with SEO tools and current best practices
  • Enjoys improving existing content rather than writing everything from scratch
  • Works independently and takes initiative
  • Can communicate clearly and collaborate with others
  • Can commit for at least 6 months
  • Has already attended at least one For Everyone workshop or event before applying

Time required

Once
On weekdays, on weekends, during the day

Time required

Around 1–2 hours per week, or one focused SEO review session per month, depending on your availability.

The role is mostly remote, but you're always welcome to join us in Berlin.

  • Collaborate with an international team of volunteers from a wide range of professional backgrounds.
  • Gain experience working on a mission-driven organisation with real social impact.
  • Receive a volunteer certificate for professional or visa purposes.

For Everyone (Wellbeing for Everyone gUG)

Welcome to For Everyone

For Everyone
is a Berlin-based non-profit that creates safe, creative, and welcoming spaces where people from all walks of life — especially internationals and newcomers — can connect and feel at home.

Through art, music, and movement, we foster real human connection, belonging, and emotional wellbeing. Our community café, No. 52 at Boxhagener Platz, hosts weekly workshops and small events for adults (mostly 18–40+). Each session blends creativity with care: it’s not about performance, but about what happens between people while they’re creating together.

Our wider vision is a diverse and resilient Berlin — a city where everyone feels at home and can take part in community life. To make that possible, we’re building the social infrastructure for belonging: connecting spaces, people, and volunteers across the city.

We believe in joy, inclusion, and authenticity — and thanks to our solidarity-based ticketing system, everyone can join, no matter their financial background.

If you care about making others feel welcome, believe in the power of creativity, and want to help people feel a little more at home in Berlin — you’re in the right place. 💛
