About the volunteering opportunity
We are the social organisation Sehbehindert – aber Richtig from Munich. We work to make visually impaired and blind people more visible. Events like our drinks stand and raffle at Corso Leopold or our Dark Café are an important way to raise awareness for visual impairment and blindness in Munich.
That is why we are looking for you: you support us long term in planning and organising our events. No prior experience needed, we will show you everything.

Your Tasks
Your tasks
- Planning and preparing stands and activities, for example a raffle or drinks stand
- Coordinating with partners and authorities
- Supporting permit processes
- Helping recruit and coordinate other helpers
- Helping with setup and teardown on event days
- Bringing in your own ideas for new formats

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
No prior experience needed. What matters is enjoying the work, reliability and team spirit. Event management experience is a plus but not a must.
