Organizational Rockstar & Neighborhood Designer (m/f/d) (357326)

Maggie is an open community space in the neighborhood where events, socializing, and collaborative projects take center stage. We’re looking for dedicated individuals who are willing to volunteer to support the organizing team and are eager to actively help shape life in the neighborhood. This involves grassroots, democratic, open, and diverse collaboration among equals.

Volunteers support the organizing team with behind-the-scenes organizational tasks. These include responding to emails, making initial contact in response to inquiries, assisting and inviting groups to the meeting spaces, and collaborating on the planning, organization, and facilitation of meetings.

Important qualities include organizational skills, a willingness to communicate, team spirit, reliability, and a desire to take on responsibility. In addition, volunteers should be open-minded, organized, and enjoy working with others.

The time commitment is flexible and can be tailored to individual needs. Volunteers decide for themselves how much time they would like to contribute.
