About the volunteering opportunity
Have you heard of Ankerlicht but never had the chance to meet us in person?
Then come on by: outdoors, in a relaxed setting, at sunset (hopefully), and with no strings attached.
We’ll be at #SocialTuesday at Strand Pauli —with our own booth right in the middle of the Elbe beach.Â
At Ankerlicht by SchlauFox e.V., mentors support young refugees on their educational journey: listening, encouraging, and finding solutions together. You don’t have to be an expert—just open-minded and passionate about helping.
At our booth, our mentors will tell you firsthand what volunteering is really like, answer your questions, and give you a chance to get to know us over pizza, cool drinks, and good conversation.
Whether you’ve been thinking about it for a while or have just become curious: feel free to bring friends, coworkers, or neighbors along for an after-work get-together.Â
Who knows—maybe you’ll find your next volunteer opportunity over pizza and a Coke.

SchlauFox e.V. supports socio-economically disadvantaged children and young people on their way to education. Our volunteers supervise them in various projects in which they help the pupils to graduate from school, to gain knowledge about healthy cooking and, if they have escaped here, to find their way into the German school life.
