Independent Management of the Women's Group

We are looking for volunteers who can independently lead a women’s group meeting every two weeks. The group consists of about 5–6 women from different countries and provides a space for socializing, sharing experiences, and participating in activities together. At the beginning, we’ll support the volunteers with preparation and facilitation. The goal is for the women’s meetup to be run independently by volunteers in the long term. The women’s meetup takes place in the morning from 11:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.

Independently prepare and lead the women’s meetup every two weeks

Encourage conversation and discussion within the group

Plan small group activities, such as crafts, games, or creative projects

Ensure that all women feel comfortable and included

Address the topics and requests raised by the participants

Create a pleasant and open atmosphere

If necessary, welcome new participants and integrate them into the group

The women's meetup is scheduled to take place every two weeks for 1 to 1.5 hours in the morning.
