About the volunteering opportunity
Do you have a knack for crafting compelling arguments and want to use that skill to directly create educational opportunities? As a fundraiser for our scholarship program, you’ll secure funding that benefits talented high school and college students.
Your Tasks
- Identifying and approaching potential donors and foundations specifically for the scholarship program
- Drafting grant proposals and sponsorship proposals
- Maintaining existing relationships with donors
- Collaborating with the scholarship team and the general fundraising group
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
- A persuasive communicator
- Interest in fundraising and sponsorship
- Open to students of all majors and fields of study
Time required
Regularly
Approx. 3 hours per week.
Flexible and remote, as agreed upon by the team—on average, about 2–3 hours per week.
Important notice
Close coordination with the scholarship team and the general fundraising group is part of the job—communication takes place remotely via Google Meet, phone, and email.
