Social Media for International Social Projects

Together with our partner organizations in Kenya and Uganda, we create educational opportunities for everyone—especially for children from low-income families. Our focus: We establish agroforestry school gardens. There, vegetables and fruits are grown to provide healthy food; children learn about environmentally friendly farming and develop their own entrepreneurial ideas. Our partner organizations are also active in the areas of vocational training and health education for women. We have several joint projects in these areas as well (e.g., social tailoring projects). For the past three years, we have been successfully and tangibly supporting people in rural regions of Uganda and Kenya on their path toward a hopeful future.

Good work deserves to be seen—so far, our team has been heavily focused on securing grants and supporting projects. We want to establish and expand our social media presence: be more active on LinkedIn, improve our website with fresh content, and set up an Instagram account and post regularly.

Initial experience in the professional design of corporate communications on Instagram and LinkedIn; a passion for writing and/or experience creating text and images using AI, combined with a keen sense of the (visual) language that suits our organization.
