We want to give young people ages 12 and up the opportunity to be physically active, burn off energy, and develop a love of exercise. To that end, we’re looking for a dedicated individual who can regularly guide our young people in using our punching bag and the available training equipment.

The focus is on using the equipment safely, performing the exercises correctly, and training responsibly. Together, we want to create an environment where young people can work up a sweat, improve their physical fitness, and build self-confidence under expert guidance.

We are looking for a reliable, responsible person who enjoys physical activity and working with young people ages 12 and up.

Experience in boxing, fitness, or strength training, as well as knowledge of how to safely use exercise equipment, is preferred. Patience, empathy, and the ability to explain exercises clearly and motivate young people are also important.

The safety of the young people should always be the top priority.

The time commitment is less than five hours per week. The exact schedule and frequency of training sessions can be flexibly arranged together. We welcome regular support and are happy to accommodate the schedule of the person involved.
