About the volunteering opportunity
For this year’s Christmas campaign, we’d like to sew lovingly designed Christmas bags for children, and we’re looking for people who enjoy sewing and would like to help us with this wonderful project.
We’ll be getting together on three dates to get creative and use needle, thread, and lots of love to bring Christmas joy to children.
📅 Our sewing dates:
- October 20, 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- November 10, 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
- December 8, 9:00 a.m.–2:30 p.m.
Four sewing machines and all the necessary supplies are provided. So you don’t need to bring anything except your love of sewing and a willingness to pitch in.

Your Tasks
Together with us, our volunteers are sewing Christmas bags for children as part of our Christmas campaign. They help cut and sew the fabric and work to lovingly finish the bags so they can be filled in time for Christmas and given to the children as gifts.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
Volunteers must already know how to sew.

- November 10, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- December 8, 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
Those interested can sign up for one or more dates. Since there are four sewing machines available, we ask that you register in advance. Sewing machines, fabric, and all necessary supplies will be provided.
