About the volunteering opportunity
We are an inclusive business in Berlin-Kreuzberg that gives used books a new home; with the proceeds, we create permanent jobs for people with disabilities. We sell our books online and in our secondhand book cafés.
Your Tasks
Since we are receiving an increasing number of requests for donations, we could use some help with phone calls.
This involves answering calls to schedule the pickup of donations.

What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
Enjoy interacting with people and have a friendly, patient manner on the phone
Reliability and a structured approach to work
Good knowledge of German
