Support with the accounting and administration of an association

For our central volunteer team in Berlin we are looking for experienced and committed colleagues who would like to support us part-time for about 6-8 hours per month in the following main tasks in accounting and administration:

• Administration Member Area
• Accounting (double-entry bookkeeping)
• Administrative support for third-party funded projects

Your Tasks

We already have an internal bookkeeping for the association. Since we want to expand our project work, a small internal team (approx. four employees) is to be established. You will be actively involved, support the development and take over accounting and administrative tasks.

What's needed

You should work independently, carefully and team-oriented with the board and the other team members.

What you bring along:

• Experience in accounting for non-profit organizations
• If possible, knowledge of online accounting with Collmex and/or SAGE
• Reliability, flexibility and willingness to volunteer
• Collegial working attitude and team orientation
