Twitter / X Manager for Ocean Conservation

We are very pleased that Ocean. Now! is growing as an NGO and becoming more and more popular. In order to continue to align ourselves professionally, we are looking for a volunteer for our Social Media channel Twitter/X.

Do you feel passionate about the ocean, desire to become active in ocean protection and to contribute your talent as a "Twitter/X Expert"?

Your Tasks

• Maintain Twitter/X channel. Frequency is roughly 1 tweet daily
• Strategic direction of posts in the context of the next campaign (topic to be announced soon) together with the team
• Wording posts in English (and sometimes German)

What's needed

• This position requires at least 2 years of knowledge with Twitter/X as a platform and in strategic marketing
• You are familiar with social media and in implementing updates in a compact and concise way
• You have a sense of a brand's design/corporate identity
• You enjoy writing copy that informs and have a visual sense of what image goes well with the text

Time required

Time commitment: 3-5 hours per week

“Ocean. Now!” is an NGO accelerating ocean protection on all levels of society. We work with conceptual art and create strong images to address decision-makers in business and politics.

We are currently in the planning phase of our next campaign which we are planning to launch in June 2024.
