About the volunteering opportunity
Café Flora is a place for meeting, education and participation. And a place where people with less money can also afford to visit the café thanks to volunteer work. Drinks, snacks and pastries are available at a reduced price if required. The café has no kitchen and there is a relaxed atmosphere, so that it is also possible to have a chat with the guests.
Being there for people together and bringing them together regardless of their social and economic situation: that is our goal.

Your Tasks
To expand the volunteer team, we are looking for you to give time to Café Flora and get involved in service. Your task will be to support our full-time staff in running the café.

What's needed

The Office for Civic Commitment of the AWO Cologne is a consulting service. People who are willing to volunteer will receive advice and will be placed in organisations that work with volunteers. Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
