On Instagram, we want to bring positive vibes into the world and interact with our followers. In this way, we remain transparent and at the same time create a low-threshold contact point for those affected. To this end, our Instagram channel is managed in shifts by individual members. To plan the shifts and implement our Instagram activities, we are looking for a coordinator (m/f/d) in a home office with free time allocation.
Coordinating and expanding the individual Instagram shifts and shift plans.
Collecting screenshots from the social media channel and processing them for your own communication.
You will guide the shift holders' tasks, exchange information with them and provide the team with your constructive feedback.
You maintain the documentation and keep it up to date on a regular basis.
You regularly exchange information with the coordination of the social media team.
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
You have a digital affinity and a good knowledge of the Instagram platform and its formats (feed post, stories, livestream, reels, guides, ...).
You should have further social media skills and experience in order to expand the shift system to other channels such as LinkedIn, Facebook, ... if required.
As a coordinator, we particularly value your reliability and coordination skills.
You enjoy working independently and you are goal-oriented.
Good cooperation is important to you and you find it easy to build strong relationships with your team members.
You have up to five hours a week, preferably in the evenings, to contribute to our work.
