About the volunteering opportunity

What we offer

R3SOLUTE is looking for a LinkedIn Marketing Volunteer (m/f/d) as soon as possible.

As a volunteer organisation, it is essential for us to raise our profile - on the one hand, in order to address participants for our trainings and accommodation managers, and on the other hand, in order to attract potential supporters. To achieve these goals, we would like to expand our existing social media marketing. For this purpose, we are looking for a new volunteer team member who will be responsible for our activities on LinkedIn in order to expand our professional network via this platform and to reach supporters, donors and long-term sponsors.

We offer flat hierarchies in a pleasant working environment that has made a social challenge a matter of the heart. You will have the opportunity to significantly shape the marketing activities of a growing social start-up, to express your creativity with extensive freedom and to constantly work in close coordination with our existing social media team, which currently actively manages the Instagram and Facebook channels.

Please send us a cover letter, your CV and, if possible, examples / links of your previous activities in (social media) marketing and on LinkedIn to info@r3solute.com.

We look forward to hearing from you and are happy to answer any questions you may have.

Your Tasks

You will be able to work in home office with flexible working hours. The following responsibilities will be with your role:

  • Ongoing evaluation of the statistics provided by the platforms and adjustment of activities based on these statistics
  • Continuous monitoring of developments on and at the LinkedIn platform

Location

R3SOLUTE

R3SOLUTE (an award-winning social start-up) is a project specialised in conflict management and prevention that trains refugees in shared accommodation and their neighbours as peer mediators through knowledge and skills transfer. The participants learn to mediate their conflicts in and around the accommodation independently and sustainably, as they know the problems of living together best.

At the same time, our trainings provide awareness of mental health and psychological trauma to prevent conflicts and refer affected people to aid organisations, which then provide targeted therapies. The programme concludes with a certificate on the conflict resolution skills learned, which is also very welcome on the labour market.
