About the volunteering opportunity
We are looking for a
Team Lead and Trainer to further develop the programme, 5-10 hours per week; primarily on a voluntary basis. If possible, fees (up to 40€/h) will be paid for trainings.
Your Tasks
R3SOLUTE offers you the exciting opportunity to support this dedicated start-up. As Team Lead, you will coordinate an agile and interdisciplinary team, participate directly in the further development of R3SOLUTE, expand a professional network and also implement the concepts in trainings yourself.
Your core area of activity will be the programme part M3NTAWARE, where you will be jointly responsible for the further development and implementation of the programme. The primary goal of M3NTAWARE is to communicate the topic of mental health in a participatory way and to de-taboo it, as well as to train peer multipliers for community shelters.
What's needed
We are looking for:
- a motivated psychologist (M.Sc. or Master's degree) or medical doctor (at least 2nd state examination) with an independent and flexible way of working to support the further development and implementation of the workshops.
- Pragmatism, curiosity and reliability
- Willingness to familiarise yourself with topics and to establish professional contacts
- Desire to work primarily on a voluntary basis with refugees in community accommodation

- Depending on our future funding situation, this could also become a part-time position in the future.
