About the volunteering opportunity
Munich is beautiful, but the housing market can be hell, especially if you are new to the city and don't know the housing market that well. That's why we try to help refugees find affordable housing in Munich.
Your Tasks
As a consultant in our document check, you will support new residents in Munich in their search for housing. Together, we create application folders, obtain the necessary documents and inform you about the housing market in Munich.

The project Gemeinsam Aktiv of the MFR is a meeting point for all new and old Munich residents who want to volunteer in the refugee sector. In order to ensure that volunteers are not left alone, our volunteer coordinators are there to support them. At the monthly information evenings, those who are interested will be informed about the possibilities of voluntary work. Afterwards, contacts between refugees and volunteers are established and adapted to the different demands. Regular networking meetings provide an opportunity to exchange experiences.
