About the volunteering opportunity
Many senior citizens are unsure how to use their smartphone or tablet properly. Can you imagine working as a technology ambassador to help senior citizens try out and use technology?
Your Tasks
For example, the use of video calls, email programs, health apps and/or other apps can be explained and practised in a one-to-one session. We offer open smartphone consultation hours and workshops at various locations in Porz.
Seniors are happy to have your help. Your assignment will be prepared and supported with further training, guidelines and materials.

The Office for Civic Commitment of the AWO Cologne is a consulting service. People who are willing to volunteer will receive advice and will be placed in organisations that work with volunteers. Further priority will be given to LESEMENTOR Cologne, young volunteers, further education and voluntary refugee work.
