About the volunteering opportunity
Since the Corona pandemic, the SCHOOL@HOME project has been supporting students and new citizens with their learning goals. Even after the end of the Covid-19 pandemic, there is still a great need for help.
With Virtual Volunteers who contribute learning and conversation hours via online formats (or, if possible, in presence), an uncomplicated contribution is made to more equal opportunities. The Virtual Volunteers are accompanied by professional contact persons in the AWO|FFM Volunteer Agency.
SCHOOL@HOME cooperates with the ABZ (Reception and Counseling Center) of the State Education Authority Frankfurt am Main and several refugee accommodations and was awarded the Digital Association Champion 2020 and the 9th Town & Country Foundation Award.
