With us you have the opportunity to volunteer and contribute your creativity in the field of marketing, so that all children and young people know the online counseling of the JugendNotmail or become aware of it and turn to us in all life situations on all topics at any time.

Your Tasks

We're looking for you, because we need support with the following tasks:

• creating and updating our advertising materials, which range from posters and postcards to flyers and rollups.
• some Ideas/Inspirations for our social media campaigns

You're not on your own, our communications team will support you at any time.

What's needed

What we want from you:

• Education or several years of experience as a graphic designer
• Creativity to develop new, perhaps unusual designs
• Support in the further development of our existing advertising materials
• Mastery of common graphics programs such as InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, etc.
• Mastery of the German language and spelling
• Interest in our project

Time required

The time required is difficult to estimate in advance, because the tasks are depending on the scope of the project. It can also happen that there is nothing going to happen for a few weeks.

It is important to us that we find a person who wants to volunteer for a longer period of time (this does not mean 4 hours per week, but is as said rather dependent on the scope of the project tasks)

You fit to us if you are flexible and independent work is no problem for you.

This project is location independent.

Young people often have no contact person for their problems and fears. They are often ashamed of their feelings, afraid of not being understood or rejected. So they keep their worries to themselves, which can become increasingly burdensome over time. On the website www.jugendnotmail.de children and young people have the opportunity to entrust their worries to a professional team of advisors - confidentially, free of charge and where they prefer to be, on the Internet. Around 150 volunteer psychologists and social education workers provide advice on topics such as depression, self-harm, suicidal thoughts, abuse, mobbing or eating disorders. Whether individual counselling, topic chat or forum - JugendNotmail has the right counselling offer for every need.
