Recruit hosts and guests for Welcome Dinner in Hamburg!

Welcome dinners are encounters at eye level. Hamburg residents and people who have only recently arrived in Germany meet to eat together. You cook what you enjoy the most. In the foreground are the encounters. 

We are looking forward to motivated volunteers who have a desire to aquire guests and hosts (individuals or families with different backgrounds). 

Your Tasks

Tasks vary: 

• Conceptualizing a plan to attract guests and hosts
• Searching for organizations (associations, educational institutions, language schools, etc.)
• Imagining the Welcome Dinner in organizations, communitiy events 

What's needed

We welcome anyone who wants to get involved. No previous experience is required.

Own ideas and personal talents are welcome.

Time required

Time flexible. You can decide for yourself how much time you want to contribute.

Welcome Dinner - these are encounters at eye level. People with and without refugee experience or migration history meet for dinner together at the kitchen table. In this way, we want to make it easier for newcomers to gain access to our society and at the same time enable Hamburger citizens to get to know each other.
