About the volunteering opportunity
It is a surreal image that you see when you walk along one of the big train stations these days.
You see Ukrainian flags, signs, and first responders taking people in. To imagine what that must feel like when you arrive here is probably beyond the imagination of most of us.
That is why we think it is important to set a positive, welcome sign & therefore collect your welcome greetings!
Your Tasks
Pencils ready, set, go!
Write a letter in English or Ukrainian and find some open-hearted & positive words. We want to show the refugees from the Ukraine that they are welcome here and that we think of them.

The youngcaritas organizes low-threshold engagement opportunities for young people between 13 and 27 years at about 80 locations nationwide. In the Archdiocese of Cologne, it is active in Düsseldorf, Mettmann, Wuppertal & Solingen, Remscheid and Oberberg.
