Volunteers for the beverage stands of the Summer Festival of Cultures 2023 wanted!

This year we are looking forward to the 20th edition of the Summer Festival of Cultures: from Thursday, 11th to Tuesday, 16. July 2023  the largest intercultural festival in southern Germany will take place in the heart of the state capital Stuttgart!

This summer  you can again dance, celebrate and enjoy good food for six days. Stars of the international world music scene will inspire the visitors, with rousing concerts - for free! Culinary delights from all over the world and a rich cultural program will be provided by the Stuttgart migrant associations. There will also be a colorful market of cultures.

Your Tasks

Do you want to support us voluntarily with the sale of drinks? You can be present at the performances of first-class bands, meet new people from different backgrounds and experience a great atmosphere. As a thank you, there are drink and food vouchers. 

Here is an overview of the volunteer hours at the beverage stands from Tuesday, July 11, 2023 to Sunday, July 16, 2023: 

- Tuesday to Thursday from 5:00 pm to about 12:30 am, 
- Friday to Saturday from 4:00 pm to about 1:00 am, 
- Sunday from 10:30 am to about midnight.

A shift usually lasts 2-4 hours.

Tuesday, July 11, 2023 to Sunday, July 16, 2023:

- Tuesday - Thursday from approximately 5:00 p.m. to midnight,
- Friday - Saturday from approximately 4:00 p.m. to approximately 1 a.m,
- Sunday from approximately 10:30 a.m. to approximately midnight.

One shift is usually 2-4 hours.

Important notice

After you have filled out the registration form, we will take care of the allocation of the shifts and of course let you know. There will also be an appointment for a helper meeting in the week before the festival, where everything important will be discussed and open questions will be clarified! :)
