About the volunteering opportunity
The Evangelical Foundation Lichtenstern has taken in before Easter almost 40 refugees from Ukraine with and without disabilities.
For the arrival and settling in we are looking for people who support the refugees Ukrainians*in different tasks.
Your Tasks
The options to support are diverse:
- Learn German
- Fill out applications
- Accompaniment at visits to authorities, doctors, etc..
- Take over driving duties
- Support with shopping
- Joint undertakings / meetings in the spare time
- Translation activities
Let us know if you would like to support the Ukrainians on the Freidrichshof and we will see together what activities arise and how you can support.
What's needed
You should be open and respectful with people and able to respond to individual needs.

Welcome! We have been supporting people with mental or multiple disabilities and their families since 1963. And that in all phases of life. Our team now consists of more than 700 full-time and over 100 volunteer colleagues who support more than 1,000 people in the city and district of Heilbronn and in the Hohenlohekreis. Curious now?
