About the volunteering opportunity
Mentoring makes strong!
Tandems or mentoring - the voluntary accompaniment of people with support needs has many names. Learning from each other, breaking down prejudices and enabling participation is particularly successful in this kind of commitment. As a mentor, you help shape society in small ways and open up opportunities. Join us!
Your Tasks
A young woman from Afghanistan would like support in practicing German language. She is
currently preparing for her B1 exam, which will take place in June. Through regular meetings and conversations, she would like to deepen her language practice. Working together with texts for reading comprehension and writing exercises should also be part of the mentoring.
The meetings can take place at a weekly time slot in our meeting place AWO "Margaretentreff"
