About the volunteering opportunity
Are you passionate about photography, do you have experience in editing photos and do you have your own high-quality photographic equipment?
Then we'd love you to help us take photos at the New Food Conference in Berlin. It will take place on September 03, 2024 from 08:30 am - 08:00 pm.
At the New Food Conference, current developments in the field of alternative proteins, i.e. plant-based and cultivated proteins, will be presented. Various experts from the food industry will give presentations and provide insights into the current state of knowledge and outlook for the future. The entire conference will be held in English.
Then we'd love you to help us take photos at the New Food Conference in Berlin. It will take place on September 03, 2024 from 08:30 am - 08:00 pm.

Your Tasks
We would like to have photos of the guest check-in, the stage program, the networking during the breaks and an overall impression of the networking evening and the event in general. We want to use the photo material for the follow-up and promotion of the next New Food Conference. It would be important to us that the pictures in particular are uploaded to a shared folder one day after the event so that the press and our social media experts can work with them as quickly as possible.
Due to the length of the event, we are looking for two people to support us. Please let us know if you are more available in the first or second half of the day.

What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.

Die New Food Conference in Berlin findet am 25.08.2026 von 08:00-21:00 Uhr statt.
Zeitlich sind wir flexibel! Ideal wäre ein Einsatz etwa von 13:00 bis 19:00 Uhr. Besonders die Abendstunden ab 18:00 Uhr beim Networking auf der Dachterrasse des Gasometers bieten tolle Motive.
Hast an diesem Tag Zeit und Lust, uns für ein paar Stunden oder am Nachmittag zu unterstützen?
Dann freuen wir uns sehr, von dir bis zum 19.08.2026 zu hören. Schicke uns auch gerne eine kleine Videoprobe mit :)

For the day that you support us, you will of course receive a day ticket to the New Food Conference free of charge and are also welcome to take a look around and experience the program for yourself. Catering will also be provided on site.
