Find users for our innovative digital event calendar!

LeLender is an innovative, digital calendar of events for the entire community of Lehre and the surrounding towns. Like any public engagement, it first needs to be publicized in order to become useful. To do this, we need to find and approach those who post events, and then we need to get LeLender out into the public. We are looking for committed people who would like to help us with this. We will explain exactly how the LeLender works, and practice setting it up and using it with you.

Your Tasks

Examine a list of contact persons in associations, initiatives and companies in the municipality of Lehre, who might be interested in posting appointments in the LeLender.

• Consider who should be visited in person, and who can be contacted by phone or email / chat.
• Contact the contact persons and explain our project and the benefits that bring appointment entries in the LeLender. Give tips for setting up the calendar entries.
• Observe whether the addressed persons have actually become active, thank them as a representative of the Foundation Lebendiges Lehre for it or ask if there are still questions or difficulties that came up. Help the people to find a solution.

What's needed

• Communication skills and the ability to reach out to people
• Internet and apps: basic knowledge of the cloud

Time required

The timing is super flexible, because you work independently, possibly mobile, and like to coordinate with us in person, but also via video conference or chat. Maybe you should be able to invest two or three hours a week on average. We can handle it well if, for example, you are a student and want to "hit the ground running" for one or two weeks, but also "log off" completely for a few weeks during exam period.

You handle personal data. Since it is only a matter of contact data and the position of the contacted person in the association or company, which are publicly accessible, the activity is harmless under data protection law. In the course of your activity you will find out if the people you are contacting might not be interested in LeLender. You can save this information, because it is important in connection with our project. However, you are not allowed to save any other data that you may learn. As far as necessary, we can make you acquainted with the general data protection regulation.

The Lebendiges Lehre Foundation supports the associations and initiatives in the municipality of Lehre with its eight localities in their activities by enabling, cooperating and collaborating. Therefore, it provides a mobile stage that makes it possible to simply move events "outside" and an events calendar for the entire municipality and neighboring localities. We also help the stakeholders by providing advice, financial support and our network.
