About the volunteering opportunity
๐ We are looking for committed people who want to support our "Fellows" in finding a job and settling in Germany.ย
Your Tasks
๐ก You give feedback on CV and LinkedIn in 1:1 coaching chat and support with job search in Europe. You work with talents from Afghanistan, Syria, Ukraine, Pakistan and other places. You can improve lives with us.ย
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
You do not need any previous experience in coaching or mentoring. You should be familiar with job search and at best a little bit with the IT sector Germany and enjoy motivating and supporting others ๐ช.
Very good English skills necessaryย

Project-based
๐ You can schedule your coaching slots yourself and in a very flexible way. The meetings with your mentees take place remotely. Most of our mentors coach 1-2 hours a week.
