We are looking for young ambitious marketing people to work out an online marketing strategy with us and independently manage a Google budget of $10,000 per month for the Bundesverband Burnout und Depression e.V. and aggressively design marketing campaigns .
We want to reach all of Germany with our message and help people, her also?
A committed team supports and advocates for the desigmatization of mental illness. Our Federal Association Burnout and Depression e.V. founds and supports solution-oriented self-help groups throughout Germany. In these groups, we offer those affected by burnout and depression a protected space in which they can work through their difficulties together. These offers are carried out voluntarily and free of charge for those affected.
As in many things, the offer must be known in the target group, so in addition to event notices by mail, we have selected the social media channels LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram.
In the future, we want to expand our offer to companies. With this, we want to provide a prevention offer to avoid burnout and depression. The proceeds from this will help fund our voluntary and free social work.
The federal association instructs in the tasks and provides technical support. In this voluntary task, the know-how is built in the control and expansion of the online marketing presence with the help of Google services. This know-how is sustainable and a very good basis for professional life.
Social media affinity, knowledge of social media marketing (can also be acquired together), reliable and self-motivated
You can freely divide your time in the team. Important is the cooperation in the team, the regular control and adjustment of the parameters.

The German IFGL e.V. association founds and organises ABC - Andere Burnout Cafés (other burnout cafés) throughout Germany. Through the ABCs IFGL e.V. primarily supports people affected by and at risk for stress-induced diseases. In addition, IFGL e.V. supports companies in their activities to build up and maintain a healthy working environment. The association helps those affected, those at risk and their relatives by providing information, advice, training and coaching. It gives advice on therapeutic, social and medical support and tries to educate companies, the public and politicians and to raise awareness of this topic. In addition, the focus is on strengthening the cooperation between those affected and the companies and helping them to help themselves by founding local ABCs. So far 50 members nationwide have committed themselves to support the goals of IfGL.
