Become a TeamUp moderator and support children and young people with refugee experience in Hamburg

With our TeamUp program, we support children and young people with and without refugee experience to reduce stress, give space to their feelings and strengthen their resilience. This is made possible by an evaluated program of play, movement and routines in a safe place - and the commitment of our facilitators.

On June 29 and 30, 2024, a free training course for future TeamUp facilitators will take place in Hamburg. Sign up and support children across Germany with your commitment.

Your Tasks

We are looking for new facilitators for TeamUp in Hamburg, Berlin and throughout Germany. That's why we offer our free TeamUp training in Hamburg or Berlin .

After the training, you will realize TeamUp as a duo in community accommodations, sports facilities or schools. People from all over Germany can take part in the training. In the future, we also want to offer the program in other federal states. For the time being, however, the areas of operation will be in the north of Germany and in Berlin.

What's needed

Is the TeamUp training something for me?

• Are you interested in doing something meaningful and working with children?
• Do you already have experience working with children, helping refugees or in the field of sport?
• Would you like to be part of a program that strengthens the resilience of children from war and conflict zones?
• Do you enjoy working with others in a team and want to contribute your experience and skills?

Time required

The TeamUp sessions usually last one hour! We always plan half an hour for preparation and follow-up (session planning and documentation).
