About the volunteering opportunity

Several volunteers for adult residents of a shelter for refugees in Frankfurt-Bockenheim wanted to help them learn German. The support can take place once a week with one or more of the residents in the rooms of the accommodation. Their German level is A1.

Your Tasks

You will discuss individually with your mentee in which areas of the German language you can support them.

AWO Kreisverband Frankfurt am Main e.V.

The AWO|FFM Volunteer Agency is located in the heart of the city and has been working with a team of 11 people since 2008 with over 500 social work institutions and arranges meaningful volunteer work in cooperation with many actors in the city. You will be informed in detail before your assignment, if necessary trained, insured and always have contact persons on site who will support you.
