Develop (project) ideas and do policy work in support of people with disabilities and experiences of discrimination

Our project "Cologne Inclusive" as well as the 'lobby work' with Cologne administration and politics promote several concerns of inclutopia gUG: Empowerment in the sense of strengthening and self-empowerment of the target group as well as networking, which includes the better networking of those affected, self-help and their self-representations at disability organizations and the independent child and youth welfare. This is connected with raising awareness among the social economy, disability aid, child, youth and educational institutions for the rights of people with disabilities and making visible the effectiveness of multiple discrimination and the accompanying processes of social exclusion.

For the development of new ideas, work approaches, project application and implementation, we are looking for creative minds with an awareness of social inequalities. Also interested in the political work of inclutopia gUG and supporters in the network work are welcome. By contributing statements on current topics, we give our target group a strong voice.

Openness to new topics and awareness of social imbalances go without saying - but previous experience is not required.

It would be great if we could define topics and work areas at regular meetings, which each of us could work on independently. But we can also work together here in the office. The amount of time should be at least 2h/week, of course more is possible ;-)
