About the volunteering opportunity

Foundation Fairchance has developed an app especially for the refugee children. The app is called MiT-Language and teaches children the German language in a playful way. The app has many source languages on offer - just about every child can find their native language on it. The app is intended for children between the ages of 4 and 8 and is intended to support the little ones in preparation for school.

We are looking for volunteers who will learn German together with children via this app. The Fairchance Foundation provides tablets and organizes training sessions in which all the functions of the app and learning options are explained.

Your Tasks

First, participate in the one-day training. Then come to the accommodation by appointment and learn German with children using the app.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.

Ideally German as native language, but at least advanced knowledge.
